The reason I am starting up a blog about Sterling and I is so that family can be updated and just a general place for me to get things off of my mind. I tend to have a lot of thoughts in my head which can cause me stress sometimes so I am hoping that by writing them all down here (whether people read them or not) it will relieve some of that stress. I hope it helps with falling a sleep at night. I just cant get this active brain to shut off when its time for bed. So, I either have to take medication (which I really don't like doing) or I stay up until I am so tired that once my head hits the pillow I am asleep and don't give my head a chance to even start.
I still have a lot on my head right now and a lot I should update about but I have been updating a lot of things so far tonight and I am gonna go watch me some Toddlers & Tiaras (for some strange reason I am addicted to this show. please don't judge me. lol) and work on a scrap booking swap I am doing for a group I am in on cafemom.com.

I have a ton of goals for this year and I am hoping to change my laziness and so far it is going great. I hope to keep up with it.
